Here's an item # 4 for your list:

4) Pincock, Allen & Holt who are mining evaluation consultants. They are the auditors of Alta's reserves and they prepare the reserve report. I've been told that they are very reputable.

Now a question: Does anyone have a clear understanding of how Pincock, Allen & Holt obtain the samples they evaluate? And is there an audit trail?
