Very interesting theory indeed! As far as you can tell, it may be possible to control prices in one area - or at best in one country. Now it is a worldwide problem. If anything, rest of the world would prefer Gore over Bush. Do you think that there is more to this "oil-crisis" than what meets the eye - like supply-demand imbalance?
