Dear Dr. Id,
Did you consider that perhaps your thread is having an opposite effect as to which it was intended? Perhaps I should resume writing out the steps-as long as all the 4th steps are pm'ed to you and you alone. Even lurkers such as myself have yet another thread to wade through-how is one to get any work done? Thank goodness our hospital does not have any internet access.
