When Gates sells does it qualify?

In anycase, I wonder if Mr. Allen is done with his selling for a long while. He now has 180 million or so. I would think he would want at least that much ownership in the company he founded. It used to be that had held 10 -15%+ at one pt and now down to 3.5%.
