If ChinaUnicom announces a CDMA launch next week, followed by some contract awards to Korea, then SK commits to CDMA2000, should we consider it a coincidence?

This dance is more complicated to choreograph than a Balanchine ballet. Let's hope we all have good reason to be dancing in the streets next week.
