But is a good CFO necessarily able to address the specific problems in the company? A couple of years ago, I spoke to an engineer who had come to KLA-Tencor from UTEK. He didn't like the way UTEK was treating their engineers, and claimed they were losing a lot of talent because of this. Of course, that was just one person's opinion and they may have improved by now. But I took the hint and got out of the stock, and have never regretted doing so.
