The recent press release said:

The agreement requires Ness to enter into a contract with a drilling
contractor by the 15th of September, present that agreement
to the Oil Commissioner and begin drilling the well by December 1, 2000
in order for the company to retain the Hesed license.

Hayseed's sitting on the good news?? It's September 16th in Israel. Do you know where your drilling contractor is? Or isn't?
