ADT, do you guys feel comfortable that this is all of the bad (good) news. I'm wondering if Digate will be allowed to stay around, and I'm also wondering how many of the FSC blood-suckers will be kept and slip-streamed into Math's overhead. Another thing that I wonder about is Meshberg's status and inclinations and how Digate's holdings in both companies might influence Math's valuation in the near-term. I might be long again also, but then again, I'm still sort of gunshy. We don't need to forget how easy it was for Digate to start and accelerate this clearly objectiveless FSC venture. aka - Firethathi
