NTOP ripe to go to Gorilla status in the net to phone realm. They got a low 2.5 billion cap, no long term debt, fast growth, major players on board.
General public will be the last to figure it out, but expect button push "click to talk" on many commercial web sites.

Broadband will soon be the norm, netphoning will arrive along with it, and before it in many cases.

T's deal (while having first right of refusal buyout provisions) does appear to limit the downside from this point forward - for new cash put in. Also, NTOP's biggest problem, namely marketing, looks 95% resolved. NTOP also has a setup just started with RealNetworks - sure to bring many of the techies on board.

CAP could go to 20 billion in a few yrs.
