An addition to your rant concerning reserved parking spots:

Where does the "Handicapped" start and stop?

I have seen many abuses from a not handicapped relative using the tag when the handicapped person was not in the car.

Also, who get's to determine the level of "handicapped".

I have seen people so fat they could barely crawl in and out of the car with handicapped tags. I don't want to seem cruel, but whose fault is that?

In most cases, fat ain't a disease. A disability? Sure. But again, whose fault is it?
