Wes-Yes, still lurking..but not holding. I sold 5000+ shares at 3 5/8, took my loss, and feeling very good about my personal decision. If indeed the company really does come out with a chip and revenues, etc..there will be time to buy in the future. For now, re-invested the money in better stocks and have already made-up my MPEG loss. You believers on this thread all have your own agendas and I respect your investment decisions. The posters on the AOL thread are not quite as forgiving as you folks are. The man known as bllman on AOL whose posts have been ultra negative, was pooh-poohed on this thread as being another "Rodger". Turns out to be he is a market pro with many years of experience at Fidelity... Take his comments seriously, if you have access to his posts..not to necessarily believe everything he says..but just read them seriously. The recent personal attacks have really degraded the content of this board..especially those posts that attacked all of our rights of FREE SPEECH. Talks of libel against those that offer differring opinions really scare me and make me feel sick. More important than Innovacom or all of our personal agendas. Motivations are transparent by some posting here..shorts, long, whatever. Personally, I am a slightly disgruntled invester, having lost money on this endeavor..but really only blame myself for investing on hype and not substance. There were, however, facts that cannot be disputed. Again, how could the company make claims to be "two years ahead of the competition", when in fact Sony and others will be releasing a single chip encoder on or before Innovacoms. Other mentions of dubious credibility from the company are too numerous to mention..just too many questions still outstanding and unanswered for me to re-enter what could be a disaster for those long on the stock. The 3 million that was recently raised? Probably already spent..who knows? Nasdaq by the end of April as promised by their IR? You folks that are so positive on this board should be asking some hard questions..You are as blatently biased as Rodger and his sidekick. I have no personal agenda towards Innovacom or you investors and quite frankly don't care if I am ripped by the converts or praised by the doomsayers..just my two cents [probably the value of the shares being used to prop-up the price]..
