sorenkg re: inverted hammer
"DrBob a question on candlesticks
If you look at TERN daily you will find a short body
with a looong head and small tail, "inverted hammer"
so to speak
Does that signal a bottom?

I'm no DrBob, but in brief an Inverted Hammer is a
bullish reversal signal WITH CONFIRMATION THE NEXT SESSION.
The confirmation day must be a white candle with a higher close or a higher opening.

TERN saw a small inverted hammer reversal on July 10 and 11
and another small reversal on August 2 and 3rd.
Today with high volume it could not hold even half its gains - bumped off its 20 ema and fell back hard
and that doesn't look good short term.
In June and July you can see where its 50-day MA acted as support
but now its 20 ema is acting as resistance and it's
still printing below its 10 ema.
