Mike: I'm confused. (Yes, yes, I admit I'm not the brightest bulb in the chandelier.) What exactly do you do? What is the "quality business"? I got on your Web site to educate myself and was still confused. What is "the quality profession"? Do you give seminars in achieving quality? Enlighten me. Re: "You seem to hold people who don't work with their hands in utter contempt." I never said that. A secretary works just as a hard as a brick mason. I don't have much use for people who are too lazy to work and then set their rifle sights on the common working man and common working woman.
