purchased 1,002,500 of its outstanding stock to date representing
approximately 3 per cent of its current public float.
As well, the company has sold 625,000 shares of Pennaco Energy, Inc. which
reduces the company holdings of Pennaco Energy, Inc. to 605,000 shares.
