Now, back on topic, what royaly rates were agreed to in the settlements with NEC (which is of 3 month duration) and Hitachi (whoa, a 6 month contract!), OKI (doesn't make the types of memory covered, what's up with that?), and, most important, what deal was made with Toshiba, which might actually ship a modest volume of covered parts?
