Thanks for the good post. What I am wondering about is that a RICO suit is for criminal behavior. It is a government act not a civil one. LONE is just the victim. As far being concerned for the welfare of the Chapel's is concerned; how do we know they didn't short the stock under another name offshore. Floorless debentures is corporate suicide unless you have been paid to take the fall. This is pure speculation on my part; I have no idea what happened. I have found a website called www.eraider.com that invests in companies like LONE and then takes action. Check it out. Best to all, daaaan
