Merrylee, I'm not sure who gave you the impression we were sophisticated, but please banish that thought from your mind. As to this: To be perfectly blunt, I don't believe there was ever a Part II let alone a Part III to your TERAYON report because you never had anything to report. In addition Part I was a lie.... You have been outted Pluv by your good buddy Anthony Lets review history for a moment... 1. We broke the story on the Cease and Desist letter where CableLabs asked TERN to quit making up lies re: DOCSIS. 2. TERN countered by claiming they wanted to provide full disclosure in the matter - so they produced a follow up letter from CableLabs that suggested CableLabs had misunderstood the issue. 3. What our subsequent reports involved was a 3rd letter from CableLabs that said essentially - you're doing it again TERN - cease and desist your lies or we'll take legal action. The funny thing about this third letter is, TERN had it in their mitts when they produced letter 2 suggesting the 1st cease and desist was a misunderstanding. You may recall they said they wanted to resolve the matter and provide full disclosure by providing all the letters from CableLabs.... Yea right... I guess full disclosure for TERN didn't include letter number three... The TERN guys pants are on fire, we knew that but were unable to get a copy of the letter so we figured we'd take our whopping profit and leave the TERN-oink to the brilliant investors who claimed they knew better. It was due for the dead kitty bounce anyhow... As to your pent up anger, I suggest you stay true to your name.... Re-focus elsewhere.... Pump a pole... Work your Bush...
