I think two odd million options granted to themselves at even the sniff of some kind of resoloution is a bit too
much.

The company has zero cash, absoloutely nothing else on the horizon other than Winfield, which they will probably end up with the lesser percentage.

As a long time shareholder, it is a bunch of pigs at the trough.

Instead of raising some money and putting the company on
a solid footing again, and more importantly paying our legal fees ,milk it before the price goes
any further.

I am happy about Winfield, but there could have been more
honourable things for management, than sticking it to the shareholders, and diluting our company.
