nec just agreed to pay royalties to rmbs not only on rdram but on sdram and ddrdram.

back then i didn't know about sony playstation II using rdram...

It's not a big factor if the stock is to maintain a valuation above $3 or $4 dollars a share. Even the upside surprise in hoped for sales by PS2 described below amounts to the number of RDRAM chips that would have been used by a 5% PC market share - if RDRAM had been successful in the PC market.
