Hi gregg - while you conjecture may be correct, however, it is equally dangerous to call the scenario as if it were the truth without the burden of proof. I am not here to defend ALLR mgt, and I ve no position whatsoever in the company. I am a perfect outsider with no foreknowledge and with no relationship with anyone related to the co. Indeed, the stock action stinks to high heaven, so it is fair to hear someone(s) must know [or think they know] about something. That said, even if selective disclosure the way you describe is still legal, it is a strong accusation.
