Willcousa Re:"So who is smarter?"

A pet hampster is smarter than Shrub. But the hampster won't get paid $26 million for being a "meet and greet" guy with a baseball team.

Of course the hampster does not have the benefit of daddy's political buddies. Those politicians can exercise emminent domain against an unwilling land owner and deliver the $135 million piece of land next to our stadium, all in the interest of "the public good".

On second thought maybe Shrub was worth the $26 million investment by Houston Astros, there was a $135 million return for. Nice investment !!
