Patent For 3D Display System Accepted

XENOTECH INC ("XEN-Y")

- Patent For 3D Display System Accepted

Robert Baker, President and Chief Executive Officer of Xenotech Inc. (the "Corporation") announces that the Company's patent application for the
company's 3 Dimensional Display System has been granted in the United States of America and Australia.

The unique 3D technology will be marketed initially to the arcade games industry where for the first time 3D games will be able to be played on
Xenotech's 3D display system without the need for special glasses.

"We are in the final stages of negotiation in Japan with one of the world's market leaders in arcade game machines," said Robert Baker, Xenotech
President and Chief Executive Officer.

"We are licensing the manufacturing rights for Japan and it is hoped that full scale production will begin early next year."

The company has also filed a patent application for the use of related technology in the area of 2D display systems.

"Xenotech is now in the position where it can provide high quality 2D and 3D arcade game displays for the international market."

"Market leaders are continually searching for new technology and Xenotech is perfectly positioned to be a major player in the industry, particularly as
we are working in conjunction with the market leader," said Mr. Baker.

"While we are pleased that our 3D technology has been officially recognised as unique, the company's future is not limited to the arcade game
industry."

"In the past three years our research and development team has been developing the technology for a range of systems related to the introduction of 3D
for various viewing mediums."

Mr. Baker said these innovations include:

- A computer based system to convert movies and videos into 3D.

- Technology that allows converted 3D images to be transmitted over standard broadcasting systems for viewing on televisions. The viewer can choose
to watch in 2D or in 3D.

- Viewing glasses that allows viewers to watch 3D images on standard television and computer screens.

- A special camera adaptor for 2D cameras and video cameras that allows filming in 3D.

The commercial application of this technology is being actively pursued by Xenotech.

"At the request of several major movie studios in the United States we have converted a number of blockbuster movies from 2D to 3D for possible
theatre and television release.

"We are also negotiating with large cable television providers who wish to offer their subscribers a 3D service."

Mr. Baker also said that the key to consumer acceptance of 3D on television is the elimination of the annoying flickering image associated with
currently available 3D glasses and that Xenotech is developing unique flicker-free 3D glasses which work equally well for viewing on television or
computer screens.

"Currently there are no mass produced high quality, low cost film or video cameras. Xenotech is developing an attachment for any camera which
converts it instantly to a 3D camera. Discussions have commenced with several major corporations interested in this technology.

"Xenotech's specialist knowledge of 3D enables the technology to be applied also for 2D solutions which has also enabled us to develop unique
software for the special effects industry and for games developers," Mr. Baker said.
