That is reassuring and I remember him stating that in a c/c or I believe an interview on CNN's moneyline. I guess I get frustrated as you would think that this technology is in the need NOW and if it's working, what the hell are they waiting for??? I'm not impatient, just thinking how my monies could have been used elsewhere.
