CALIFORNIA locale should help CEGE once CALPERS (CAL Public Employees) gets the 500 million dollar "emerging biotech" fund going. Also, of course, CEGE remains extremely undervalued currently. My guess is they will be high on the CALPERS list. Expect perhaps 10 or so other major pension funds to also set up core "emerging biotech" holdings - as CALPERS is a bell weather fund.
