Jim, Presidents Nixon and Carter made a big deal about the need to find alternative energy solutions. Reagan came along and said it was nonsense. The Iran/Iraq war caused OPEC to loosen up the supply of oil, and it made Reagan look like he was correct. We have all been in a stupor over this problem for two decades. Scumbria
