Bill. You are still trying to get a response from our own Frank? I believe he has deserted us. This administrations energy policy: It was said on Fox news last night that the energy policy goes this way: Mr. Clinton (which includes his administration, including Al Gore, I guess) looks right, Mr. Clinton looks left, and after that he does not know what to do. They mentioned that you can't have an energy policy if you depend mostly on foreign oil. Sonny
