Present the work or resarch if you know it. If anything xoma's E5 was close to prove that neutralizing endotoxins with a mab DID NOT save lives. Your surrogate point is dead on arrival. Your other surrogate point "the clot disolving feature" bpi does NOT disolve clots, maybe could prevent clots from forming in the first place. another dead on arrival surrogate point.
