I couldn't find the ENBC posts I was looking for within the 15 minute edit window, but I did find them now. This is what they were doing. Apparently short around $11, they were losing their shirts when the stock moved into the $20s. When posts like this failed to work: messages.yahoo.com messages.yahoo.com messages.yahoo.com They resorted to this - real nasty stuff put out on a business wire. messages.yahoo.com messages.yahoo.com I don't know what happened to them after that. Now I see this other lawsuit later in the year on both him and Mark Roberts.
