Well guys it looks pretty bleak. You will probably recover almost nothing in the class action suit as the interim executive team, accountants, and vulture lawyers are going to get the majority of the small sliver of pie left. About the only gratification you might have is if they criminally prosecute the executives for fraud. Hopefully,you can take this experience as a lesson learned as you should never hold a stock that has an overhanging accounting issue.
