Saving a kid in africa is just as important as saving a kid in USA (or anywhere else), the thing is though, that its the money they make from the USA trials that pays for drug access in the poorer nations. No USA appoval, little access.

Hmmmm, waiting for your anti-clot comeback.......
While you are thinking, what does protein c do (besides replacing protein c defeciancies). And isnt reperfusion a problem with DIC (and sepsis). So lets see, we have antibacterial effects, anti-endotoxin effects, anti-clot and clot disolution effects. But yet bpi does not work.
IMO BPI has a great chance to work, lets give it the chance it needs to be proven and lets do it NOW before more kids die.
