The technicals on CMTN are a screaming buy at this level. The only thing holding back the technical buyers is a bottom forming. It appears to me that this is now occurring a 41 to 43. Stock should move to low 60's in November. This is only a technical outlook. The fundamentals are also sound. What is the "dark rumor" cloud hanging over CMTN?
