re:Yes, I can imagine the most valuable resources deciding not to put up with all this crap and searching for a greener pasture. It would sure explain why they couldn't seem to bring new technology (Ultrabeam) online and basically pissed a year or two worth of potential positive earnings down a hole with nothing to show for it except for a nice write-off and a new business selling real estate. Happy employees are crucial when they are in short supply. Soooo... are people still happy about working for AMAT? 8)
