good morning,

i have a ? that has nothing to do with your current subject (sorry).

I am under the impression that annual tax loss selling for institutions has to be completed by Oct. 30 to get the deduction this year.

Is that correct?

i.e. A stock moves from 175 to 65. That could off set a lot of gains.

Being a rookie i am wondering if any of you have witnessed this and how powerful is it?
