What a joke. That Nomad Jukbox can only get about 2-3 hours on a set of 4 AA batteries. Word of mouth is going to kill this off. These mechanical devices like the Nomad Jokebox and Iomega's re-named "HipZip" suck batteries like their going out of style. Iomega has had to supply a lithium-ion battery with their player, which hurts them on retail price. Lithium-ion batteries are expensive to include in the retail package. Besides, Mp3 Cellphones are going to be THE BOMB and are a category-killer. These current stand-alone mp3 players are going to be an even more niche product than they already are. The masses will have mp3 playing ability in their Cellphones.
