FD JR: A Happy Birthday wish to you! MXR in final stage of DD on the B.C. Project.
I understand that the final DD, is in progress on the addition of the B.C. Project.

Re: Chile 20% Gold & Silver Project. This chunk of land can be the one that sets
MXR up for all progression in the years ahead. When the drill program is worked
over the sites on the locations maped out we should see some great reports from the
Gold, Silver & Copper that the locals have taken form the project over the past years.

We must keep in mind that P.D. wants this project and they have staked all the way
to the edge of the property. That was not just to say me too! IMO it was to say
there is something there we want. Yet the locals want to do business with FIRI, (FIRE)
MXR AND NPEC. They are not too pleased with the big boys over at P.D. so I understand.

The projects at hand will be in need of some finacing and it that's of stock issue
where do you think the price will go to if the new financing requires a .50 cent
or $1.00 price tag?? That was a question not a hipe statment. If anyone has info on what
happens to these company's when they do a exchange offering please tell me what happens
to the price of the stock. I have wondered about that for a long time can someone please
tell me. This may be in part why the PSG. set his near term target at $1.00 or was it $2.00
I cannot see where these guys get the numbers on some of there est, yet this may be part of
it.
