Dubya does.<<< I countered that Gore graduated with honors from Harvard with a degree in government. Bush had to be tutored in how government works while a gubernatorial candidate...his OWN Texas government. Are his business failures with a Harvard MBA any indication of his ecnomic accumen? Now were talking insight into policy issues rather than knowledge of the way things work.
