Neocon- The budget "arcana" was only one glaring and grievous example of what Bush did not know. I can see how you might think Gore's undergraduate degree with HONORS from Harvard might not be worth much...when compared to Bush's Harvard MBA with a SOLID "B"...which by the way didn't seem to help him much in the inherently chancy field of oil exploration eventhough it's the Family Business...which didn't seem to help him any with many of his business ventures either. >>>It is generally acknowledged that as managing partner of the Rangers, he was the one responsible for making it into a lucrative franchise.<<< Very lucrative...at the expense of the public.
