I'm not sure about the rest of Asia, but any place south of Shanghai does not use heating oil. Not to any significant scale any way. Also, most people make use of public transport, so gas is not a big component either (not sure about Japan). Finally, SEA buys the equipment to make chips for the rest of the world. So I am not sure how much of an effect a mild slow down in the electronics market there will have on their purchases. ST
