Dear Dr. Id,

One test for pain-killer dependancy is to delay taking a scheduled dose to see if you get the shakes or start sweating. This concerns me because
that's exactly what happens whenever I stop reading this thread.

This is difficult for me to gauge, as those who have met me can attest, I am shaking and sweating all of the time.

My suggestion to you is that whenever you feel the slightest bit of shakiness or sweating coming on when off of SI, take some kind of opiate (preferably heroin or percodan). This should alleviate these symptom immediately and instantly relax you. You should take these every day even when you are anticipating any shakiness or anxiety.
