A speculative summary:
Led by VIAN, September begins with the internet consulting sector plunging to all time lows on future revenue concerns. ALLR gets incorrectly lumped in with this group & breaks support in the low 30's via fear driven momentum. The reality is that as corporates internalize internet operations rather than outsourcing at exorbitant rates, ALLR is positioned to benefit as the provider of software to facilitate this "self-sufficiency."

The decline of the dot.coms, ad revenues, etc. was also mistakenly tied to ALLR. According to the CFO David Gerth their dot.com exposure is about 5%. Short interview from 7/21 on the link below:

The big factor may be ALLR's growing international exposure. On the positive, the 1 to 2 year lag in overseas adoption of the internet bodes well for ALLR's growth prospects in that arena. On the negative, the short term depreciation of the euro falling on the same month where the backended revenues fall may have caused a major holder to opt for safety on September 7 & 8 where the volume spiked as ALLR slid into the mid 20's.

The subsequent media void kicks the fear level up a notch as ALLR slides to 20 on new 52 week lows. "Somebody must know something, something must've leaked, the writing is on the wall, etc, etc ."

Friday's cancelled meeting with Needham creates full blown panic as ALLR collapses to close at 17 1/2.

Monday?
