Sure <g> -

#13 Microsoft's technical and business models are outdated

#14 Microsoft relies upon its share price to increase in both its employee compensation and financial models (e.g. selling puts) and that hasn't been happening lately, putting a strain on both employee morale and the company's financial condition (e.g. dilution caused by additional employee options and the exercise of puts)

#15 Increased competition from Linux and other OS's and OS substitutes (e.g. cellphones). Even usual MSFT sycophants are scrambling to Linux (e.g. Dell).

#16 Decreased relevance of OS's in an Internet-centric software world

#17 Intel's next generation is late and may be underperforming; meanwhile, Intel seems increasingly to be moving/diversifying into the non-X86 world, leaving Microsoft behind

#18 The Sony PS2 is Internet capable

#19 The availability of cheap/free alternatives to Office (e.g. StarOffice)

#20 Java

#21 Java & Jini

#22 Loss of developer mindset

#23 Loss of focus; it's time to face up to the fact that nobody (except maybe Bill Gates and a few of his friends) WANTS "Windows Everywhere" and decide which select markets to attack

#24 Lack of growth in operating profits

#25 Massive insider stock sales

All JMHO.
