I'd be happy to tell you what I know of you have specific comments.

On the other hand, if you want the 30 second version. here it is. GIFT owns the patent and has sued many companies. The company is making very little money and much of the value (even at less than $1/share) is due to the patent. They are not likely to make much money unless they win the lawsuit. The companies sued claim the patent is invalid, although they have not cited prior art (yet) that knocks the patent out. They also claim they do not infinge. The issue of infringement will proabaly come down to whether or not each companies internet transaction is encoded. If it is encoded, GIFT will win, and the stock will soar. If it isn't, i expect the stock will drop even more.

This is of course risky. The same legal system that found OJ not guilty will determine the encoding issue. While risky, the upside is extremely high.
