gregor: Good to hear from you. Hopefully, something will come out of the Speachworks conference. However, nobody over on RB really mentions that both Nuance and Speachworks are off their highs. How do we expect TSIS to soar when the partners they depend on are undergoing profit taking. Are you planning to go to the open house? I hope to be there. Can't promise it since I may have to be in VA on business that week. Should know more late this week.

My main concern for TSIS is their increased staff and the short term impact on productivity. Getting those people trained and pulling in the same direction is a tough task. someone has to do the training. The person doing the training won't be doing their work. In such times, staffing up can be a real drain on productivity. We're at a point that as business comes in we have to keep the customers happy. Can't do that with inadequately trained staff.

All I know about ATT is the contract was lost. I assume ATT is either implementing the capability into one or more of their product lines or, gave the contract to a competitor. I never expected TSIS to keep ATT this long. The technology is too complimentary to ATTs products. I always figured ATT might be usings TSIS services as a benchmark for their own callcenter or PBX feature development. Never-the-less, I question the adviseability of posting a customer list. To me, it's just too tempting of a target for a competitor to pass up.
