#26 Ballmer is not a professional manager.

Has he ever written a resume? Had a job his friend didn't give him? He reminds me of a fat, bald bully. I don't know why anyone would want to work for him.

#27 Can't replace monopolistic-sized profits.

#28 Can't or won't write robust, secure, reliable code that scales.

#29 Have no morals or ethics.

#30 Paying the price for scr@#ing every "partner" in the past.

#31 Can't grow without being able to continue to mock U.S. law.

#32 Have to bribe or invest in companies to use their crapware in set-top boxes.

#33 MSFT no longer the most challanging, cool place to work for young blood.

#34 Threats and intimidation only work for sooooo long.

#35 FUD only works for sooooo long.

But they'll continue to sell a lot of crap for years to come. And they have billions to spend on innovative marketing and innovative contracts.

In their defense it's difficult to double sales from $6B per quarter. And their investments will grow.

There are MUCH better places to invest.

Best of luck.
