No. They don't have to cover. However in my opinion covering will be expensive. 4Kids is doing a fantastic job of banking the cash. Europe and rest of world (outside Asia) pokemon hasn't hit the bottom line and looks to be big.

No debt, no converts, how they going to get out. They sure are not going to get help from kide's earnings in my crystal ball. They are the best.
