I, too, would like to know why the lawsuit was dropped, as well as why the Communicata deal failed; but the trustee ain't talking. The memo of understanding between the trustee and Communicata allowed one circumstance for Communicata to withdraw: if Communicata believed that LifeOne's management weren't proceeding with execution of the reverse merger in a timely fashion. I know that the trustee represents multiple companies simultaneously, so it wouldn't be much of a stretch to believe that in serving multiple masters he couldn't proceed in accomplishing the myriad details entailed in completing the merger as expeditiously as possible. Or maybe he determined that the merger wouldn't be material to the interests of the creditors and decided not to waste anymore time on it, common shareholders be damned. I'm told that he represents the interests of the creditors without regard for us shareholders. I'd also like to have one final word with Brent or Jayne but don't know how to reach them. If they'd be anemable to talking with someone who foolishly believed in them once, I've got some questions to ask just to set the record straight. If anyone knows how to readh them, please let me know. As far as LifeOne's future, it's still just that, as always.
