Prince = A company in a royalty market where there is no clear market leader.

Is that right? I think the explanation way back at post #400 was more accurate:

"PRINCE A market challenger, potential co-leader. Dell is a prince to Compaq."

That example was valid when Compaq was a King with 2X market share. We can have a king and princes in the same market, and the king is the clear market leader. No?
