Deal Will Provide Internet-Based Communications to Users Around the World

Under the first phase of the partnership, deltathree will power branded GorillaGuide.com Phone-to-Phone services that will be available both on the company's website (www.gorillaguide.com) and in locations around the world including hostels, cafes and other locations frequented by traveling students. In addition to powering the Phone-to-Phone services and routing all calls through its award-winning Internet telephony network, deltathree will generate the PIN codes and provide back office customer and billing services for GorillaGuide.com. deltathree will also create a branded Interactive Center on the GorillaGuide website that customers can use to check account information and recharge their Phone-to-Phone service.
