Tianrong Internet Products and Services, Inc. (OTC: TIPS) announced today an
update of the progress regarding the completion of the Company's financial
statements. The Company delivered the financial documents for its China
Wordtech subsidiary to the auditors last week. The delay was due to the
translation being completed several weeks late. The Company now believes that
its auditors have all the necessary information and documents, in order to
complete the TIPS audit. The accountants said that they will move as swiftly
as possible to complete the Company's financial statements.
