According to my calendar, in 1793 George Washington laid the cornerstone of the Capitol in Washington D.C. on this day... Maybe it's kind of like when the stores start putting out Christmas decorations before Halloween... people are just getting a jump start to avoid the rush at Thanksgiving...? My guess is that some WS players had the weekend to ponder the significance of the IFN display late last week, and see that G* isn't likely to go belly up anytime soon, ergo, it's cheap at current prices. Whatever, it feels good. DWB
